We are based in Malaysia and handle personal data in accordance with applicable Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly, information you provide to us as a client in the course of our services, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use this website.

  • Information you submit through this website. • Information and documents you provide for licensing and application assistance. Where you engage us to assist with licensing, registration, permits, approvals, renewals, or related regulatory matters, you may provide business and personal information and supporting documents reasonably required for those purposes (for example, business details, licence and registration information, and correspondence with authorities).
  • Communications with us. We keep a record of our communications with you, including through the contact form, email and messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
  • Website technical and security information. When you visit this website, our hosting and content management system may automatically record limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your request, and information used to keep the website secure and to prevent abuse.
